Annie Lyall Slaughter is a Virginia-born writer, artist, and curator based in New York. Born into a creative family comprised of artists, writers, dancers, and everything in between, Annie Lyall has been called to the arts since the day she was born.

After starting her career at David Zwirner’s Chelsea headquarters—where she spent 3 years working in Marketing, Events, and Front-of-House operations—she pivoted into the non-profit industry, helping 75 refugees find affordable housing in New York.

Ever since, she has combined her love of people with her love of the arts, using her writing skills (and master’s from NYU in Cultural Reporting & Criticism) to bring the power of storytelling through the arts to global communities.

Currently, she serves as an Editor and Curator for the literary lifestyle brand Bond & Grace, where she helms editorial and curatorial efforts for the company’s IPPY award-winning Art Novels.
